Delete Account

Deleting your AstroReal account will erase your profile, chat history, consultation records, wallet details, preferences, and all personal data linked to your account. After deletion, you will no longer have access to any past readings, astrologer interactions, or personalised insights.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your AstroReal account, please follow these steps:

1. Open the AstroReal app
2. Tap on the Side Menu (top-left icon)
3. Go to Profile
4. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account
5. Confirm your choice in the popup message

If in the future you decide to return or wish to reactivate your AstroReal services, simply contact our Customer Support team. They will assist you with the reactivation process after verifying your details.
