You will respectfully use the platform; abusive and inappropriate behaviour towards astrologers or other users is not allowed.

You will be solely responsible for your decisions based upon the information provided.

Prohibited Uses

We do not allow requests for black magic, vashikaran, or if it is any form of occult practice; requests will be refused.

Do not disclose sensitive personal information, including bank details, passwords, or contacts, on your social media.

Spamming, abusing or doing anything that harms the service for others is not allowed.

Consultations and Reports

Be punctual in using your service or accepting your session. If you have to change your session or its time, you must notify Astro Real at least a 24-hour before the start time.

Astrological reports are produced based on factual data and information. If you provide the wrong information, you will receive inaccurate advice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not provided once a consultation or report is delivered to you.

Cancellations only, before services are processed, are considered at Astro Real and only on a case-by-case basis.

All images will remain private and will be used solely for the use of Astro Real services.

All users authorise that Astro Real can collect and use their images for the services described in this Privacy Policy when using this platform.

Limitations of Liability

Astro Real provides any guidance on a strictly "as-is" basis.
