Refund Policy

At Astro Real, our mission is to provide accurate astrological services, and we pride ourselves on completeness and timelines. However, kindly review our refund policies and cancellation policies:

1. Consultations and Reports

No Refunds Post-Delivery: Upon delivery of the consultation or report, no refund will be processed post-delivery and execution. This is a standard industry policy offered by other Astrology platforms.

Incorrect Information: If you provided incorrect birth information, we will process your report with the correct details. Upon receiving the correct birth information from us via email: support@astroreal.co.in , we will provide your updated report with no additional charge.

Service Delays: Where there is a delay in the activation of subscription services, a pro-rata refund may be available. Refund processing will take place, following verification, within 10 business days.

2. Products (Gemstones, Yantras, etc.)

Return and Replacement: We have a 7-day return and replacement policy only if the delivered product is damaged or defective. Activation of the products could take 2-3 days before shipping.

No Refunds for Change of Mind: Refunds will not be processed if the item return is due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the appearance.

3. Call with Astrologer Feature

No Refunds for Connected Calls: Once you have been connected to the astrologer on a call, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you hang up or do not answer the call. This policy is standard procedure to ensure that astrologers are paid for their time.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Service Execution: The cancellation must be done before the service has been rendered. If the service has started or has already been completed, we will be unable to entertain the cancellation.

Cancellation Process: To cancel, please send an email to support@astroreal.co.in with your order details.

5. Refund Processing

Deductions: Refunds, if relevant, will be issued after we deduct any transaction fees charged by the bank and/or payment gateway, shipping charges and courier charges and any other costs incurred when processing and performing the service.

Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days after the successful validation.
